Perfect stay! The cozy room and convenient location were matched by our host's kindness, including access to laundry amenities.

The ceiling dust and the toilet floor was very quite cold.

The host was great and very centric location. Bed was super comfy. Fridge in the room and kettle.

-very little light, might consider a different lighting arrangement, as it’s a basement room - quite cold room overall and no heating in the bathroom - lack of hooks in the bathroom - you are staying in the same property as the host ( common entrance but you have en-suite room for yourself)

Great host, very friendly and approachable. Had a problem with the door to the apartment not locking in the morning, but was able to contact Wes, who resolved the issue quickly enough for me to get to my conference on time.

The room is well equipped and cozy. Perfect for short stay. Location was very good that let me go every where I needed within short walk. Bed is super comfy and a room have kettle and selection of drinks and sacks in a fridge.

It's just a preference but the light wasn't very strong, and there wasn't really a place to work comfortably if someone works remotely. The small thing to notice there is no lock on a door if someone prefers to have that security.

I liked the warm friendly welcome I received by Wes who had a real knowledge of the local area. Very friendly and very supportive as I was struggling to hear him at times due to having lost my hearing aids before arrival Wes found alternatives to talking with me and not at me. I found this really impressive but also genuine. The whole layout and security for everyone including a door that would lock after you leave. I was actually amazed by this. The first thought as wow. Not just in the building but in the way it was decorated like it was dine by some interior designer. I chose this place simply because it was close to university and work and due to stress at home I wanted to take myself away from the troubles at home and just catch up and hide away from the world whilst catching up on vital lost study time and this I was given but when I did want to just have what us old folk like to call a conversation. It didn’t feel like a forced conversation. Also I found this as my very first time using thesis service very easy to navigate around and I would absolutely one stay here again in the future but also strongly recommend this a place to stay especially if the convenience of city centre without feeling like I am in the city centre and by this I mean noise levels from surrounding building etc For my very very first time using this service thank you to all

Location was close to centre of Manchester. Nice and private and not bothered by anyone else. Bathroom facilities were good.

When we got arrival instructions we were not given the number of the apartment in the complex and this caused confusion, but was resolved fortunately.

Comfortable and very clean. Excellent location and convenient for city centre.
