Kings Bury Inn

The room is well appointed , bathroom is good.

The location is in a small lane more of residential area.

Although tucked away in an unassuming locale of Kumbakonam, the hotel surprised us with its extremely well-designed hotel, rooms were spacious, and toilets were super good.

Nothing actually!

- Staff were very nice and welcoming - Cleaning crew did a great job - Bed, pillows, and curtains were clean and comfy

Hotel stay not as expected, not worth the high price - Rooms were pretty smaller than shown in pics - Bathroom door handle was broken, so they had to change the room - Bathroom door is placed weirdly. Opening the door restricts access to toilet so had to squeeze in and close the door behind - Using shower makes the entire bathroom floor wet, not enough height difference between shower area and the toilet area - Bathroom towels were pale yellow instead of bright white - Room mirror had multiple cement patches in the middle. - Coffe mug rim was broken - Water glasses were dusty - TV network issues

Great Location. Very Clean place & effective staff, always willing to help.

Receptionist was great, friendly and helpful. Place is clean, well kept. Excellent bed, bathroom, room service.

My room was near the service lift, which was a bit disturbing, though not during the night.
