No meals but that was known in advance. It was all perfectly reasonable and value for money

"In a bit of a bad time and having to find accommodation quickly Michelle lifted our spirits"

Michelle was very grateful for us using her sitting room and very friendly so much so we only booked one night and stayed two 😊

The only thing which we mentioned to Michelle was although we slept well the bed was soft otherwise nothing.

It was an excellent location in a VERY QUIET cul de sac

Not really anything to dislike about the property but we did mention to the lovely Michelle that although we slept very well the bed was very soft .
