Spacious older style apartment. Has old quality Mahogany furniture from Nonni. Great location.

Very poorly equipped by property agency, doing the least they could in terms of client care. They are rent collectors not hosts. Used watching machine that was out of order , reported by prior guest, but we had not been informed. So had wet laundry stuck in machine for 2.5 days. Had to Hassle agency to get action. Also no sharp knives only table knives and no cutting board for cooking. The agent did deliver after. 2.5 days. A few more small things and client focus would have made a big difference. Do not use this property manager if you can avoid.

Perfect location for visiting Bologna, very central. Very clean and comfortable.

Washing machine broke down whilst in action. Owner did respond, though, and promised to install new machine before next client arrives.
