The location was perfect to restaurants, sights, and parks. It was quiet and the perfect place (and perfect bed) to recoup from jet lag. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The AC/Heater needs to be cleaned for mold/dust.

Location was ideal for visiting Coimbra - right in the charming old part of the city, but not too high, within an easy walking distance from Coimbra A train station. The apartment was compact, but functional, clean and comfortable. It covered all the basic needs: comfortable bed, hot shower, a kitchen annex, a fast wi-f, an AC with heating option. We were grateful for the possibility to check in an hour earlier, so we could come directly from the train station.

We had the room nr 6 with a patio view, which is level with the patio and people using it are sitting, talking and smoking inches from the room's windows. It wasn't a big issue in November, but in a warmer months I'd choose another room. Also, windows have solid panel shutters only and one has to choose between natural light and privacy. Another thing, diodes of various appliances shine you right in the eye when you're trying to fall asleep, so it's better to have a sleeping mask.

A localização é excelente, os proprietários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, a limpeza é ótima. O quarto tem todos os itens que precisamos para um estadia completa. Recomendo.

Accommodatie was niet wat we hadden verwacht. Misschien niet goed opgelet met boeken. Opklapbed aan de wand vinden we maar niets. Nee,we zouden deze niet opnieuw kiezen maar mogelijk is dat een kwestie van smaak.

Joana replied soon. Well communication. The hotel is in good location and very near the University and other restaurants. It is still very quiet in the night. Restaurant recommended was also great!

החדר מאוד קטן, צויין שמדובר ב 21 מטרים, אך בפועל החדר היה כ 14 מטר, כנראה שהתכוונו שגודל כל החלל כולל חדר המקלחת הוא 21 מטר. חשוב להבחין בכך ולציין את גודל החדר עצמו. החדר עצמו משמש גם חדר שינה (עם מיטת ארון שאפשר להוריד לקראת שינה) וגם חדר מגורים. לא היה מספיק מקום לשניהם יחד וכאשר מורידים את המיטה חייבים להזיז את הספה למקום אחר שסוגר את המעברים. לא ניתן להגיע לארונות ולהשתמש בהם בשל הצפיפות

We stayed in #7 (casa da mala-posta) and it was amazing! So quiet and private. There are wood sliding doors on the outside that can be closed for complete black-out sleeping. The location is fantastic as well. A/C worked well, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and drying racks. Also, owners checked in, were very helpful and even left a bottle of wine. Class act. Highly recommend.
