Stylish Two-Bedroom Flat in Norwich

Great central location, clean well kitted out apartment, was nice to have welcome snacks and supplies of tea/coffee.

Entrance from the car park was a bit dark and unkempt and no sign telling you what floor each apartment was on.

Clean, comfortable and convenient . A problem was dealt with promptly.

I’d like to see a bit more kitchen equipment - bigger saucepans/microwaveable dishes. . Kitchen was adequate but not ideal for cooking meals.

I like the design of the flat, very modern

The lift was a bit run down and scary to use

Great location, a clean spacious apartment with good facilities. Comfortable beds, good shower.

Only small issues, no teaspoons, no tray on sink drainer. Would be good to have more accessible plug sockets and some coat hooks.

Decent location within 5 mins walk of Norwich market and shops. Five mins by taxi to train station or twenty mins walk. Quiet area. Easy to find if not an idiot. View over Norwich from flat is nice if you can appreciate the city view. Definitely soundproofed as there was gatherings in a few flats next to us but no noise once inside the apartment. Clean as expected. Would definitely book again and recommend to others. Hence the review.

Unnecessarily Negative comments upon booking by clearly problematic person. I didn’t like that I couldn’t find any issue to make the same kind of comments. Lol

Google maps refused to show Poppergate lane as a vehicle access route. Drove around in circles. Nice surprise when opening the Flat door, compared(as pre warned) to the appearance and entry hall of the building

The location of the flat and the kitchen was well equipped. Actual apartment was very clean and attractively furnished.

No Wi-Fi or TV service all week. Flat was incredibly hot (measured at over 33 Deg C) with no air movement. Literally sat sweating in the evening and at night. Had to leave door open to corridor to try to make it bearable, even then was still 29 Deg C at 11pm. Management company failed to actually fix any of the concerns despite being raised every day and constant promises to resolve - they wouldn’t even authorise a fan for us. The one staff member who did help us was the cleaner, who remarked how hot the apartment was and off her own accord went and got us a fan. There was very little storage space in the bedrooms (and what there was was full of towels) and none in the bathroom. Basics like toilet roll holder were missing, plug not installed in the sink, shower was rusty, kitchen tap leaking, and one of the kitchen cupboard shelves collapsed. The lifts were dirty and lift doors were faulty and both lifts completely failed on last day so we had to carry our cases down 4 flights of stairs. Main door to apartment block was broken all week, public areas were dirty and unkempt. Despite following parking instructions to the letter I so far have £500 of parking fine notices for parking where I was instructed to, and I didn’t get my £250 deposit back as I damaged the TV because it was so hot and I was sweating, trying to get the model number off the back so I could report it not working! Despite all the above Pass the Property have refused to give me any compensation.
