Perfectly decorated. All items were there. Great views from 15th floor. Great Italian restaurant 50 metres away, Scuderie. Host left breakfast items and a bottle of wine.

La casa di Mariano è stupenda, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, nell’appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort di cui una persona ha bisogno durante un soggiorno. Gli spazi delle stanze sono ampi e arieggiati, la casa è oggettivamente magnifica con bellissimi arredamenti moderni. Il check in e il check out sono automatizzati e comodissimi, il portiere si occupa di dare e prendere le chiavi, addirittura ci è stato concesso di entrare prima nell’abitazione, il che ci ha permesso di poterci accomodare prima e lasciare i bagagli. Mariano, l’host, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, ha fatto sì che tutto fosse perfetto per il nostro soggiorno, inoltre ha pure risolto alcune nostre problematiche e ha sempre trovato la soluzione, una persona che ama la sua casa e vuole dare il meglio ai suoi clienti. Grazie ancora Mariano di tutto, quando torneremo a Genova sicuramente soggiorneremo da te.

Piękny apartament, urządzony bardzo gustownie, bardzo czysto! Piękny widok z 15 piętra na obie strony miasta. Gorąco polecam, za dopłatą garaż podziemny.

Il proprietario ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, ma con il livello di un albergo! Pulito,ordinato,accogliente. Avevo richiesto qualche palloncino per un compleanno in famiglia e ci ha fatto trovare una super accoglienza con tanto di torta e vino! Consiglio vivamente la struttura, anche per la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici per gli spostamenti e ai servizi.

The appartment is amazing!! One of then best I've ever stayed. It's spacious, extremelly clean, well decorated and with a beautiful view. The location is convienient and the air conditioning in the rooms (even portable) provide a really comfortable staying. The checkin is extremally easy and the host is very courteous - he left a ammenities and snacks for us (wow!!!!)

Despite of the existance of charging stations for eletric cars around the build, the parking spaces are taken irregularly for non-eletric cars and/or the stations are not working. Of course this is not an issue of the apartment, but if you are driving an eletric car it's an awareness.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.
