"Unfortunate damage"

Very central location, quiet, big balcony.

The aircondition was not working, technicians were called the day after but didn't repair it as it was still in its' warranty period and needed to be su stituted by the dealership. We stayed for 3 days in the end of June with just a fan. Nothing the owner could so as it happened to be on a weekend. The room is on the third floor with no elevator, as it is an older building in the center of the city.
