I would suggest a little bit more attention to the cleaning part. The couch in the living room ia full of dirt stains and can’t be used, the dust was peresnt on all the surfaces, I had to clean the closet before using it (which is not the guests’ job ti do that). The bathtub has mold traces, the toilet did not even have an air freshner, the sink mask is very old and damaged also, I couldn’t touch it to open a drawer due to the dirt on it. When I opened the oven in the kitchen I barely controlled myself not to throw up because of the greasy dirt in there. The white walls are also very dirty, I recommend repainting them, especially in the bedroom. Additionally, I was unpleasantly surprised as a non-smomer to find on the balcony the ashtray with cigarettes in it (probably from the previous guests) and a bad smell of cigarrete smoke there.
