New Apartament in front of Genoa Cathedral

We had a great time at a perfect location!

Az apartman rendkívüli helyen van, a kilátás a San Lorenzo katedrálisra örök élmény. A szállás jól felszerelt volt, a házigazdánk mindenről tökéletesen gondoskodott. Könnyen elérhető volt minden látnivaló, üzlet, étterem.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wir haben umfassende Informationen über die Wohnung und auch zu Genua erhalten; auf besondere Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen (Gepäck vorzeitig abstellen). Die Wohnung liegt toll mitten im Zentrum mit Blick auf die Kathedrale; Wir haben gerne unsere Mahlzeiten am Fenster sitzend zu uns genommen und dem Treiben auf dem Platz vor der Kathedrale zugeschaut. In den dritten Stock gelangt man bequem mit dem Aufzug, in die Wohung über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung ist neu revoniert mit einem schönen Bad, einem hübschen kombinierten Küche-/ Wohnraum und einem seperaten Schlafzimmer. Die Küchen ist gut organisiert: es ist alles da, was man braucht. Hilfreich wären noch eine Teekanne und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe mich schwer getan, die Ziffern an der Schlüsselbox zu lesen und somit die richtige Nummer einzustellen; Das liegt zum einen an meinen Augen aber auch an den kleinen Ziffern und der schlechten Beleuchtung an dem Ort, an dem die Schlüsselbox hängt.

The best place to stay in Genoa - walking distance to everything we planned to see. The view is spectacular. The apartment - beautiful and comfortable. The host - kind and polite. If you are lucky and the apartment is available do not hesitate and book it before it is too late!

Todo excelente ubicación tiene todo lo que un turista que ha viajado mucho desea comodidades todas todo limpio ordenado y un párrafo aparte para el anfitrión brillante su desempeño atento a todo siempre disponible

Everything about this apartment was 10/10! I went alone for a 4-night stay and the comfort and location of this apartment was incredible. The hosts have thought of everything - a modern bathroom, comfortable bed and linens (hard to find in Italy!), a complete kitchenette, and lots of seating for eating in or enjoying a wine with a spectacular view of the church. In Genoa it is hard to find a location with sunlight but this apartment had it in spades - big windows and sunshine were welcomed after a long day of seeing the sights in the city. SOOO many restaurants and attractions were just a short walk away, and even right outside the door. Metro, bus stop, museums, shops, and food surround this gem of an apartment. The value, location, and comfort cannot be beat!

Just an FYI - Guests should be aware that although the building has an elevator, it sometimes gets stuck on higher floors, necessitating a walk up a few flights to the apartment. This was completely out of the control of the hosts who have done everything they can do to avoid this from happening. Just be prepared!

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville, l'appartement est très lumineux (ce qui n'est pas acquis dans un centre ville où les bâtiments sont très hauts et très proches les uns des autres), avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Il est très bien équipé et pratique. Le propriétaire est très réactif et accueillant. Nous avons passé un séjour superlatif.
