CHGBGBView from room was fantastic One of the staff bought her own fan from home for us which was very good of her to use because the ceiling fan was filthy in the room so we couldn’t turn it on
It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The room was lovely, but it’s starting to look tired and needs a lick of paint which wouldn’t cost much. The ceiling fan in the room needs cleaning or better still renewing. When you arrive all the outside hard areas are covered in weeds this needs attention it just looks un cared for and is your first impression of the place. One staff member knocked our door in the morning she had sorted out the noise in the room above us the previous night and wanted to check all was okay, which was good of her. However she walking around with one sock on and the other off and wanted to store some of her shopping in the seats around the bay window in our room which we refused ….very odd 😂😂😂😂 Also reception was rarely manned so any issues you had to ring a number or sort out yourself… is it an Airbnb or a hotel? 🤷🤷
