- The maintenance guy was supportive and tried to solve problems quickly. - Location. - Good internet.
- They changed the booked apartment 5 hours prior to our arrival without any information in advance. - No balcony and terrace in the new apartment. - Dirt in some drawers. - Water leaking from a pipe in the kitchen and it flooded around there. - The responsible office didn't try to talk to us directly at all although we tried to reach out multiple times. - The sleeping sofa was broken and the guy had to come quickly to fix it. Appreciating that but it took us time from our vacation.

It was ok
I am 76 years and as there was a steep flight of stairs I was virtually a prisoner as I could not manage the stairs we also had issues with the WiFi some days it was off all day.
