The beds were stiff and did not help my back. We ordered breakfast, and over an hour later, they still hadn't started making it. we canceled it and checked out. It would have been better for them to tell us they were too busy to make it. we would have just said we wouldn't be ordering and wouldn't have been expecting anything.
