Riad espacioso, con tres habitaciones con baño para descansar después de conocer la cuidad, buena ubicación, zona tranquila y segura con vigilancia.

Uno de los baños estaba estropeado, no nos avisaron y tampoco nos dieron solución.

It looked very traditional and was in a secure residential area.

When revisiting the photos on booking.com we were definitely not staying in the advertised property. We were put in a completely different property with sub standard bathrooms and kitchen with sockets coming out of the walls. The house had not been cleaned (rubbish in bins and wet towels left hanging over doors) - which to be fair was rectified when I reached out to the person managing the property. There was a roof terrace with no furniture except for a dog kennel and a washing machine. There was definitely no swimming pool. We left after one night and found alternative accommodation.

Locația, amplasată intr-un resort, cu mulți turisti și ne-am simțit bine și în siguranță.

Mici probleme cu circulația apei la toalete.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad ! Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et en ont bien profité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit : le riad était propre, bien équipé, et tout est à proximité. C’est vraiment une expérience à refaire !

It was very spacious and comfortable. Washing machine was very convenient.

Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, no air on the main floor.

Location is good, outside the Medina so it´s ideal for those who want a base from which to explore the area around Marrakesh (desert, waterfalls, etc) perhaps not so ideal for those who´s trip is focused on the city itself since you have to walk a lot everyday. House is large enough and quiet. The host was very kind and available on whatsapp.

There are a few essentials which were missing such as bin bags, toilet paper etc. All the dishes and cutlery we used had to be washed because they were greasy/dirty, house is good condition on the ground floor, the rest not so much... Only one of the showers worked properly, and one of the loos would not discharge. Also the A/C on the bedrooms are very old and noisy, the bedoom furniture is tatty with door hinges hanging etc and drawers with random stuff inside (batteries, old remotes). Wi-fi was poor, disconnected every overnight and killed my mobile data. Really needs someway to cool down the living room (maybe a fan?) gets really hot with the large skylight and no windows for ventilation. Also don´t put too many expectations on using the swimming pool (we tried 3 times and was always overcrowded with a lot of noisy children and teenagers running around and jumping).

The place did actually look great and I had pushed the boat out!

I was literally thrown out as I was travelling with a Moroccan guide ( I had booked two bedrooms) The manager was going to offer an alternative flat - I refused - there was an issue with asking for a refund. I asked to see the policy, which I was supposed to have read , nothing in the Booking.Com rules???

The host was great,very attentive, and professional. Gave us some good tips and organised our trip to waterfalls. We had a great time on the trip,with a private driver.Comfortable and very reasonably priced. Accommodation itself was great!Big,easily could fit at least 6 people. 3 beutifull double rooms,all with showers and toilets,great living room,comfortable kitchen.Nice and lovely terrace.Pool is great,easy accessed.Riad is in a great location,felt very safe.Few shops and a farmacy. Cafees and restorants in the area are good only for hot drinks,food not so good,we tried them all.I would reccomend to go a bit further,more to the old medina or new part of Marrakech.
