Nepriekaištinga švara ir tvarka. Aplinka rami. Nors prie pat yra kelias, bet pravažiuojančių automobilių beveik nesigirdi. Yra tvenkinys, kubilas, šašlykinė, visi įrankiai ir kt.

Viskas gerai, tik būtų smagu jei šiek tiek mažesnė kaina būtų. Kaina panaši kaip Palangos apartamentų su sūkurine vonia.
