Vake Residence close to Park Mziuri

Очень чистые и комфортные апартаменты! Есть всё для проживания. Очень понравилось наличие зонта и ниток с иголкой!))) Хорошее расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую!

Месторасположение отменное: из двора дома выход в большой парк + рядом с центральным проспектом района. В квартире чисто, и все продумано хозяюшкой для вашего комфорта. Хозяйка очень внимательная, всегда на связи. Спасибо. Остались теплые воспоминания и хорошие впечатления от отдыха.

Великолепное местоположение. Рядом есть все, что нужно.

Долго возился с дверью душевой, не мог понять, как сделать так, чтобы вода не убегала за пределы кабины. (Нужно просто открыть/ закрыть под правильным углом, чтобы силиконовая прокладка закрыла щель)

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

There was a lil noise from neighbours not critical, just sound of tv and conversations in the evening, at night everything was calm

Nothing impressive, normal apartment averagely maintained.

Not clean at all and smelled really bad, couches are worn, bed sheets are old and doesn’t look clean, towels are not usable, and mattress is not comfortable and noisy. We had to clean it and buy sheets, couch cover and new cleaning stuff because what the apartment had was not usable. AC installed but no remote to use or control even though the weather is hot. All lights are bright white and no less bright or yellow lights. Electricity is not stable. It kept going off at random days and hours. Water quality is bad and leaves clear white calcific when it dries. Water heater is not stable and goes from extreme cold to hot and back. Poor tour and not everything is made available. Codes to access the building from front or garden entrance were not provided until asked for. No garbage area. Had to ask where to throw and turned out that the nearest is a distance to walk to which is not convenient. I wouldn’t return to this apartment.

Great location and very helpful host.

The host is very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment is located in a beautiful place. It's not noisy here and there is a large park nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy.
