This apartment is very luxurious, and has everything you can possibly need. It’s located in a great area, near lots of cafe and restaurants. Our host was very quick to respond and very accommodating to us! We definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers.

fact hat the garage can only be used once we got into the apartment and get the key (that I did not find/used) Fact that we cannot use the main entrance door after 8 pm (fortunately my wife was up and got down to open the door for me. Communication can be improved on those 2 points

Great location and very nice unit.

The stove top and oven had child safety features that we didn't realized existed. It took us awhile to figure out that the stove top wouldn't work unless there was a pot or skillet placed on the burner. We gave up on how to get the oven to work. They need to add instructions.

LOCATION WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING

FINDING THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING NAME OF STREET IMPOSSIBLETO FIND AS NO STREET SIGN BY BUILDING. HOW TO COLLECT KEYS. THEN YOU NEE D TO PARK IN A NO PARKING ZONE, PARKING CARD NOT IN SAME LOCATION AS TOL THE GENERAL CONDITION OF APPARTMENT. WET DIRTY LINNEN IN WASHING MACHINE. HAD TO CLEAN KITCHEN UPON ARRIVAL THE TVS DID NOT WORK THROUGHOUT OUR ENTIRE STAY ACCESS TO LOWER FLOOR GARAGE VERY DIFFICULT WITH BIG CAR. COMPLICATE AT CHECK OUT WHERE YOU NEED THE CARD TO OPEN PARKING GATE, THEN PARK A NO PARKING ZONE AND GO BACK UPTO 7TH FLOOR TO LEAVE KEYS IN BOX AND PARKING CARD IN APARTMENT. INSTRUCTIONS TO USE ALL FACILITEES NOT AVAILABLE. ALMOST IMPOSSBLE TO USE STOVE AND MICROVAWE. HAD TO TALK TO OWNER IN DUBAI FINE OR SIX TIMES. AFTER LEAVING, HAVING CLEANED APARTMENT FULLY, I WAS ACCUSED BY OWNER OF BEING BOYCOTTED ON BOOKING.COM AD CHARGED FORUSE OF SECOND BEDROOM, WHICH WE NEVER SLEPTIN. MERELY STORED OUR 2 SUITCASES THERE. WE WERE SUBSEQUENTLY ACCUSED OF LEAVING THE APARTMENT IN A FILTHY CONDITION, ALSO THAT WE HAD REFUSED TO RETURN PARKING CARD. ALL LIES AS CARD WAS RETURNED AND LEFT AS ORDERED ON TOP OF FIREPLACE. DEFINITELY A VERY UGLY EXPEREINCE.

The smell is not Good . Its so hard to get the key . Ive Been in many airbnb places but there the Communication is Good . 2 Hours We find out where We Will the key . Must to put outsize the key box
