スタッフがフレンドリー町の温泉に入りに行ってくると行ったら気持ちよくタオルや手提げかごを用意してくれました。

夕食会場に、外からの客が来てうるさかった。

"Mostly great but resolving the stink bug issue would've made the stay perfect."

The dinner was amazing and tasted like quality ingredients. I rented a bike and that was great for getting into the lower parts of the town and back. It was clear that this was an updated property and was definitely one of the most modern places I've gotten to stay.

The stink bug infestation made me a bit uncomfortable. I had two or three in my room that I had to handle and I saw them in the shared bathrooms and hallways.

The onsen was quite clean

The price and location was very far from the shima onsen bus station. Takes me 15 minutes to walk uphill without luggage. If it's raining or snowing that will be a big problem. The room got no toilet and no washing basin. All is outside. At least have a washing basin. Price for 1 person double room at ¥9000 was high
