Clean

Took about 1 hour to get into our room. We arrived at 12am from the airport. The security at the front desk did not know we were coming as the owner did not let them know. Apparently this has happened before.. They tried to contact the owner several times with no answer. They eventually said they will just have to let us in. Very frustrating

The room itself was clean and had the basic amenities items that you would need during your stay although cooking was not allowed which was just fine. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy. The apartment was well lit and ventilated and nicely decorated.

The room was built without sound proofing. In the bedroom, you could clearly hear the conversation from adjacent room that I could say was being occupied by Chinese tenants or guests. This made me wonder how the other guests managed to sleep with such noise. The worst part was when the couple started doing their "private stuff" for hours. Their inconsiderate loud screams and moans made us awake and felt agitated for obvious reason. Had to transfer my son to the living room as to keep him away from the noise. It was such a disgusting and embarrassing experience. The following night was the same experience. Did not get proper sleep at all for 2 nights. Found the owner/host less accommodating and unfriendly. I asked if I could pay extra so I could take my mom with us. I was told that only 2 occupants were allowed which was just fine with me however, I was expecting a more polite and friendly manner of conveying the message. Did not have any sort of "good customer service" experience at all.

We had an excellent stay at Mi Casa! The room was clean and smelled great, which made for a comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Plus, the location is convenient, just a short walk from MOA. I highly recommend this place!
