Mount End Hotel Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast was tasty and healthy.Staff also very friendly and supportive.And also room was clean and comfortable.

Location was not nice as we hope and there wasn't a mirror in the room

Rooms were clean. Location is good.

There was no hot water available. When we contacted the hotel staff, the hot water would only come for about 5 minutes and then stop. There were no heaters in the room, and we had to wait 8 hours to get a heater. They also charged extra for the heaters. I had booked a total of 4 rooms, but when we arrived, only 2 rooms were available. The staff informed us that some of the owner's friends had arrived. After 3 hours, they provided us with another room, but we had to wait another 9 hours for the 4th room. By that time, we had already settled into the 3 rooms and informed them that we no longer needed the 4th room. They agreed to this. However, they later claimed that they had to pay a commission to Booking.com and tried to charge us an additional 18%. It is the hotel's responsibility to pay the Booking.com commission, not the customers. I do not wish to be overly critical, but I cannot recommend this establishment. Nuwaraeliya typically experiences cold weather, and without hot water, it is difficult to shower comfortably.

They don't have Heaters and hot water. Rooms are so cold. Also they have a very small menu for dinner and breakfast. Most items are not available 😕

Superb Cleanliness Owner is very friendly. Tasty food worth for money. Nice balcony view.

Great room with huge beed, huge bathroom. Our Host was nice and helpfull. Breakfaat was really delicious. I want to recomend this hotel to everyone.
