I called with a time to meet someone and they let us up into the place, showing us where things were and how to turn things off and on. Garbage rules were also part of it. WiFi test worked as well.

I missed having a microwave, but this is common in Italian apartments (NOT to have one). The stovetop was fine. The coffee maker leaked water.

The apartment had three large rooms and all had air conditioning. We found butcher, cafe, wine shop, greengrocers and bakery, all excellent, near the apartment. The owner's recommendation of the restaurant (Osteria San Lorenzo) was also very good.

We wanted to use the washing machine but there wasn't any washing liquid in the apartment. Some bin liners and kitchen papers would have been useful. Also we found out that there was a train station 5 mins away from the apartment only when we got there. The information regarding the public transport would have made our stay less stressful.

Spacious, quiet, clean, great location, responsive and friendly host

Very helpful host, short responding times. Great location in the city centre. Lots of space. Good bedroom size, located calm and off-street. Air condition worked well. Would stay here again :-).

Water is not available at night, but for sure this is a south italian issue to save water and not on the owners responsibility. Some new towels and bed covers would have made it a perfect stay.
