I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The host failed to disclose a RM300 security deposit beforehand and strictly accepted only cash or credit cards—no debit cards or QR payments. After a long journey, we were forced to go out again just to find an ATM. Adding to the frustration, they charge an extra RM200 for non-residents to use the sauna. It is completely unreasonable to book an apartment and be barred from using facilities unless you pay an exorbitant hidden fee. Highly misleading listing and poor communication.
