Villa San Carlos Park

The apartment is self catering and the facilities such as cooking equipment and size of fridge were excellent. They even left us coffee and filter papers for the coffee machine, and bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. Location is quiet and residential but easy to get onto the I75 and other main roads. Shopping at Walmart or Aldi was only 10 minutes drive away.

The only reason I did not give it 10 was that the only tv was in the bedroom, which meant lying or sitting on the bed to watch anything, which did not suit us.

I enjoyed the space, very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Facility had everything needed for my stay. I liked it had it's own side entrance. I enjoyed not parking on the street.

Water pressure in shower wasn't great. Also a little loud with outside noise from street.

Communication was excellent. Property was very clean and high end amenities throughout.

Super cute cozy property, more spacious than you think! Great for a couple or solo traveler. We were in town for a wedding and this suited our need perfectly. Has a full size fridge and full kitchenette!

The only issue we had was a slight plumbing problem, but the landlord was fantastic, and came over very quickly to address the issue, and had it fixed a soon as he could! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was totally fine not a big deal!

The apt was very nicely decorated and had all the things we needed (fridge, microwave, comfy bed/pillows, etc.). The locations was nice and central, only 30 mins to Naples or beaches.

The light on the air conditioner was very bright once all the lights were off.

Very clean

This “villa” is in a single family neighborhood where part of the garage and side yard are converted to a living space. If you wanted your space to share with a family and neighborhood, you’ll like it. Lights flickered, low low low water pressure in the shower and not very hot. I didn’t stay there the last two days. Felt uncomfortable at someone else’s home.

The place was beautiful! The bathroom was our favorite, hands down! Host was very personable and communicative. We will definitely be booking again!
