The hotel is moderate, good value. Breakfast spread is above average and staff are courteous and helpful

The location is quite far from the city and located in a very quiet lane with dim street lightings

Я забронировала номер на троих. Двое должны были приехать из другого города, и они приехали раньше меня и заселились. Когда я приехала в отель, мужчина на ресепшене сказал: «Ваши уже приехали, нам нужен ваш документ и оплата» (не дословно, что-то в этом роде). Я сама работаю в отеле, и мне было очень странно это слышать: ни «здравствуйте», ни «добро пожаловать» 🤷🏻‍♀️ Девушки на ресепшене были милые, за это спасибо. Просто мне кажется, что в отеле 4* нужно хотя бы поздороваться.

Хорошее расположение отеля, вкусные завтраки, чистый номер, чудесные люди.

Cuando bajamos a desayunar el bufete estaba agotado y aun faltaba 1 hora para cerrar.

I absolutely loved the hotel and if there is an opportunity to come back to Samarkand, I’ll be definitely staying there!
