I really liked the hotel, it is very clean, in a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff is polite and hospitable, I thank you for everything, I will definitely stay again and look forward to visiting again.Breakfast also delicious Staff help me for buy tickets Shakboz,Manu boys universal staffs !!!

New Hotel .

Some rooms are in the Annex (formerly a House) which dont have Hotel standarts. Regular rooms are too small . Understaffed . Rooms were not made until 6 pm ! Not much to do in walking distance

Very helpful staff. We had to miss breakfast due to an early start and they gave us boxes of food to take on the train

Liked - Clean bathroom - Adequate room space - New building - Simple and courteous staff Did not like - Non working or occasionally working elevator - Location is away from the main tourist attractions of the city so not best for tourists - Gap in the front door bottom resulted in our room being lit up in the night from the lights in the corridor. Had to block the light by placing stuff in front of the door - High extra charge (think this was by the owner or owner's representative sitting at the front desk) for bigger car when transferring to railway station and when one transfer is already part of the booking - Not really sound proof - Not really a four star hotel. 3 star, at best

Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was less than expected. The Hotel was far from Tourist attractions.
