BEWat een heerlijk plekje is The Glen Lodge! We werden zo ontzettend lief ontvangen, we voelden ons meteen welkom. De kamer was echt een schot in de roos: superleuk ingericht, heerlijk fris en alles was echt brandschoon. Het uitzicht op zee is werkelijk adembenemend en die leuke paardjes die er rondlopen maken het plaatje helemaal compleet. Aan elk detail is gedacht; alle spulletjes zijn er, met duidelijke instructies, en er lag zelfs al hout klaar om 's avonds een lekker vuurtje te stoken. Ook het ontbijtje was keurig verzorgd, een perfect begin van de dag. Als je nog twijfelt: gewoon boeken, dit is oprecht een van de fijnste plekjes waar we ooit zijn geweest. Een absolute aanrader! GBThe whole experience was better than expected. The Pod was well situated and very well laid out and cosy. Breakfast cereal, fruit, Tea and Coffee and milk all provided. Communication with host was very good and easy. Finding the location was also great.
CHPerfekte Lage entlang der NC500.. wunderschöne Aussicht, gemütlicher Pod, alles perfekt! Auch die frischen Eier morgens waren lecker 😄

GBEverything was perfect for us, honestly. Let's start with the property's perfect location, a short drive from Wick, Thurso and John O' Groats. The lodge is cozy, well-kept, warm, tidy and comfortable. The view is lovely, and the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway and quiet nights of sleep. Communication with the hosts was excellent - very welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times! Special highlights: On a clear night, the view of the stars is just breathtaking. Plus, the beautiful ponies in the field next to the lodge made for a lovely, unexpected surprise on Valentine's Day! :)
