GBHello, We are very disappointed with our stay because several issues were not as advertised: The bathroom bidet is not working. The shower pressure is very weak, making it difficult to use. The bedroom doors do not close or lock properly. Most importantly, we were told we had booked the entire house, but upon arrival, we discovered it is actually a shared home. This is misleading information and not what we were promised when we booked. This situation has caused us a lot of inconvenience. We kindly request that you resolve these issues immediately or provide appropriate compensation since the property does not match the description we were given.
