when I arrived to the facility the manager for the properties told me they cannot give me the room I booked for so I have to get another room with no view at all and she promised after two days she will move me to the apartment we contract with your booking after two days she told me we cannot give you an apartment with a good view but we can give you an apartment on the fifth floor which is almost the same apartment so they waste my four days vacation for this transferring from apartment to another and that was very bad things to do
