MYMYMYNothing. Everything was messed up
1. Really hard to reach out to their management. I got the check-in instruction (example: where to retrieve the property key) 2 hour after the check-in time. When we want to retrieve the key, it is not there yet even though we follow their instructions. 2. Multiple person will text and call you with different instructions making it contradict among themselves. 3. It is very complicated to just get into the property ( you have to use different lifts) 4. Please note the parking are not free (the owner not tell you that you need to pay for the parking upfront, they just stated it is a private parking in their advertisment/comment) 5. There is no privacy in the the room (it is an attached room where you can clearly hear the conversation from the guest next door) it makes us really uncomfortable. 6. The toilet in the room also smell really bad when we arrived.
