Redelijk schoon. Badkamer en keuken netjes. Toegang goed geregeld, communicatie goed.

Vlek op onderlaken bed. Veel instructies, deuren moeten gesloten blijven, erg gehorig, zowel buren als gasten boven (voetstappen) .Buurt erg verpauperd, onder andere uitgebrande boot op trailer achter het huis. Mijn dochter voelde zich onprettig.

Bathroom was clean and the kitchen is functional.

Room 3 (ground floor) seems like a subdivided living room, the staircase leading up to room 1-3 is squeaky. Both the bathroom and the bedroom needs more wall hooks for towels/ clothes since it's a shared bathroom

The bed was comfortable.

It didn't state (clearly enough imo) that it was with a shared bathroom. If I had known this I would not have booked. There was a loud noise at night (a boiler or a mad scientist creating a jet engine on the roof idk) The neighborhood itself it a bit sketchy imo. I was expecting a hotel or something in that sort while this had Airbnb/hostel vibes.
