Check in was very confusing key boxes which didn’t relate to the property we booked

Great location right in the heart of the old town. Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with connections to and from the airport and the train station. A grocery store is just 50 meters away, and there are cafés, restaurants, a bakery, and a cheese and deli shop nearby. A coffee maker and a kettle are available on site.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy from 5 a.m. (the apartment windows face the street), probably due to garbage collection. The sound of glass being emptied and garbage trucks lasted for about two hours with short breaks. There were only 3 mugs and no glasses, and the plates were dirty and greasy, with what looked like leftover tomato sauce(the photo attached). The cleanliness of the cutlery also left much to be desired.

The studio is pretty central (in the heard of Città Alta), quite spacious (even 3 or 4 people would be fine), and it looks pretty much as in the pictures.

I had issues with my key lockbox and with communications with the FEEL's staff. I arrived for my pre-approved evening check-in, only to find the self-check-in lockbox wouldn't open with the code provided by the FEEL staff. When I called for help, the representative offered absolutely zero support or reassurance. To make matters worse, the corridor lights shut off every 30 seconds, leaving me struggling with a locker in the dark and feeling completely unsafe. I understand that technology issues happen, but FEEL's lack of customer service is unacceptable. No one offered to bring a spare key or suggest an alternative solution; the staff seemed completely inexperienced and incompetent. By sheer luck, the locker eventually popped open. When I tried calling back to let them know, they simply ignored my calls. If this is how they handle a faulty lockbox, I’d hate to see what happens in a real emergency. Book at your own risk. The apartment is also pretty loud: you can hear the party on the streets as well as the sound of the water heater.

Location great, close to Piazza Vecchia Comfort great. Warm. Split level works well Nespresso machine Bright lighting. TV with some English speaking channels. Dining table great- had to do some work here. Shampoo and towels available Fridge Kettle on gas hob A good base. Customer service very attentive, I had a question that was answered on whats app straight away. I was given details of check in the day before.

Minor stuff really. 7am gets a little noisy as shops get ready with deliveries etc. Small inconvenience. Walk to lower town very steep but picturesque
