Clean and good host

The steps to the apartment is not great, risk of fall is high

The location was close to NYC, and other towns in Westchester (but not walking distance to the train, and it had 2 proper bedrooms. Check in was very easy. The price is really good.

The apartment isn't particularly clean; all major appliances were old to the point that I didn't want to use them too much. 2 burners on the stove aren't working and it seems like it's leaking small amounts of gas. The drawers in the fridge were broken and 2 of the air conditioner units didn't seem to work. The cupboards in the kitchen were filthy and the whole place smelled a bit off. The front bedroom is very loud at night. With that said, the price was good, so you get what you pay for.

I rented this apartment for my mom and grandma to use for a couple nights while they attended a family members wedding. This is their experience; “Firstly it was a hassle trying to unlock the lockbox to get the key because the knob would not turn. Several attempts to contact the owner the morning of the stay and after complications with the lockbox and owners number went straight to voicemail every time and no response on the app. Customer service was contacted and it was only then did the owner contact us back because customer service sent them an email to try to resolve the issue. Second, the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, you could see the dust on the windows as soon as you entered through the front door. The carpet was dirty with spots all over. The bedrooms were musty especially when you get under the blanket . Smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. Not to mention the garbage under the beds and massive pile in the back yard.

I love ❤️ everything about this property. The host Mo is the best and I will definitely be back. I wish that I could stay here every time that I’m in town 😃
