I loved everything about the place, location, staff, views, everything was so perfect

Well, I thought we would live in a different house with similar setting. The house felt like ours since we were booking for the second time, otherwise, it was good, just wanted a different scenery

Nice place but the place is neglected

When we arrived at 15H30 after a 16 hour drive from Gauteng, the place was still not ready. The outside patio set was so dirty we could not sit on it, the gas braaier was so fool of old fat we could not use it. Both showers on the 1st floor drains were blocked, the main bedroom shower pipe has a huge leak, the ottoman behind the bed is broken and there were cockcroaches in our bathroom and the kitchen.

Beautiful hotel and complex in a gorgeous setting. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast good and the evening meal we had here as a big group was great. Really enjoyed having a drink at the outside bar, overlooking the magnificent views. Security to enter this hotel is extremely good. Nothing not to like. Weren't here for the golf but it looked outstanding if you were.

No cleaning materials, one dishcloth, gas braai was dirty when we arrived, not enough glasses

Cannot fault the room . Spacious, clean with all necessary features- drinks , fridge , fresh milk. Massive balcony overlooking golf course . Buggy to take you to the clubhouse. Everything was high end . Only thing I would fault would be the breakfast which did not seem to live up to the rest of the establishment with limited choice

Beautiful views over dam with mountains in the background. birds nesting and chirping. The primary bedrooms were big. Beds were comfortable with luxury bedding. Appreciated the welcome gift.

No plunger or filter machine to make coffee. Only a Nespresso machine with no complimentary pods. Balcony on top floor was dirty, not been cleaned for a while. Shower in primary room did not drain. Door to bathroom stuck.... maintenance needs to be done. Room towards the road was noisy. Could hear the neighbours late at night moving their chairs on balcony, therefor not a quiet room. I thought we would get a freestanding house/unit.

It was rather dirty and the sliding door and washbasin in main bedroom was faulty.

Great to relax, spacious and welcoming. Everything you need for a home away from home.

The codes were a problem as we could not exit one day and had to wait for codes so could not enter at some point. Parking, I got soaked a few times as I had to walk from the main parking to make it easier for my guests to park at the property.

The fifth of 6 hotels on our South African tour, this was a touch of style and luxury. Our bedroom, the word doesn’t do it justice, was very comfortably equipped and spacious. The bed and pillows so, so relaxing. We had a view of a part of the golf course and majestic mountains in the middle distance. Food and service were excellent in each of the dining areas. All staff were helpful, courteous and cheerful. A big shout for the buggy drivers!
