Super nettes Team, sehr gepflegter und großer Pool mit schönem Fernblick, wegen Lage auf Hügel mit Schatten spendenden Bäumen zwischen Olivenhainen und Weinreben und Wald im nahen Umland weniger heiss, als im nahen San Giminagno. Für den Naturfreund: Schöne Schmetterlinge, Nashornkäfer, Eidechsen und Mauergeckos.

Il posto è rustico e molto suggestivo, durante il tragitto abbiamo incontrato spesso lepri e cerbiatti (fare attenzione quindi e guidare piano per evitare di investirli, soprattutto la sera), la strada per arrivare è sterrata ma percorribile senza nessun problema. Il panorama bellissimo, la piscina curata e comoda, il punto ristoro è una chicca, con prezzi a dir poco onesti. Inoltre c'è una zona comune con biliardino, ping pong, campo da calcio e da pallavolo, e un barbecue.

Purtroppo la pulizia non era delle migliori, alcuni asciugamani erano sporchi, inoltre spesso entravano insetti a causa della mancanza di zanzariere. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con una porta finestra che non si chiudeva e con lo scarico del wc, ma entrambi sono stati risolti rapidamente. La vera avventura si è presentata all'arrivo di una tempesta, uno degli appartamenti ha rischiato di allagarsi, ma anche qui il ragazzo è subito intervenuto risolvendo il problema. Inoltre, la corrente e l'acqua erano stati chiusi per diverse ore, costringendoci ad andare a riempire dei secchi con l'acqua della piscina per poter scaricare il wc. In conclusione, è un posto rustico in mezzo alla natura, non adatto a tutti, ma ad un prezzo competitivo. Tuttavia, con maggiori accortezze e manutenzione potrebbe essere decisamente meglio, il potenziale c'è.

La casa es hermosa tiene mucho espacio para distraerte, esta en una zona tranquila a 10 minutos del centro de san gimignano. El antifrion fue muy amable, nos ayudó mucho y siempre con excelente actitud. Nos gustó mucho que en el hospedaje tuviera la opción de comprar bebidas y snaks. Sin duda volveremos!!!

Wir wurden total lieb begrüßt. Unser Häuschen war einfach aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist okay, bei weitem nicht so schlimm wie beschrieben. Der Pool war super, eine tolle Erfrischung nach der Stadtbesichtigung. Das Spieleareal mit Kicker, Tischtennis, Wiese und Grillplatz war perfekt für uns und unsere Kinder. Auch der Kühlschrank mit den Getränken zu Supermarktpreisen ist ein tolles, faires Angebot.

It is in a bit of a remote location, which makes it a little adventure for you to find and discover. It feels like a tiny village surrounded by the fileds of olive trees and vineyards, with lush nature around it. Paolo and the staff made me feel just right at home. The little corner for coffee and goodies really gives you a lot, and you can avoid leaving the place and enjoy the surroundings. The pool was amazing to cool off and enjoy the beautiful nature around you. The apartment was spacious, clean and everything you need is available for you to enjoy an independent stay. It was a great place to find with a lot of charm and peacefulness. As a female solo traveler i felt super safe.
