The Gate House

The two hosts helped me with directions when I got a bit lost coming up the laneway. They greeted me when arriving and chatted to me about the area. Very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is very spacious with a big tv and very comfortable couch and bed. The jacuzzi in the garden was very relaxing with nice scenery.

Beautiful little house in a lovely country setting plus for us was being dog friendly hot tub was also amazing and beautiful outdoor space lovely friendly hosts we really enjoyed our stay thank you we will return again

We had an absolutely amazing time at The Gate House. The place were spacious and spotless, with great décor and had everything you would need. Beautiful garden and fantastic hot tub. Lovely hosts. Thank you!

The hosts were brilliant, very welcoming as we arrived. The place itself is so lovely. It is a home from home which is what we wanted. The kitchen has a cooker and all we needed to allow us to have home cooked meals at ease. The bathroom is equipped with everything needed in case we forgot anything. The living area is fantastic as it has an electric fire and TV which made a cosy vibe which we loved. The bedroom is so lovely and had a dressing table with mirror and lights which my partner loved. Lots of drawers and a wardrobe to store our clothes etc. The outdoor area is so beautiful. Led lights round the house and surrounding the bridge and hot tub area which had a lovely pond and water feature surrounding it. There is a washing machine and clothes rack so we were able to wash towels or clothes and get them dried off especially for hot tub use which was fantastic. There is also a great heating system which is easy to work so we were able to dry off swimwear and towels for next use. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The road leading to property has many potholes and was unpleasant to drive on but obviously not the hosts fault! The bed wasnt very comfortable as it felt like it was quite old as it squeaked and could feel the springs
