Angel's House Plaka Chania BY APOKORONAS-VILLAS

Das Haus an sich war wirklich schön, man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit 2 anderen Häusern und einem geteilten Pool. Allerdings hatten wir den Pool die meiste Zeit für uns alleine. Man hat eine große Terrasse im Obergeschoß für sich alleine und einen kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus mit ausreichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ich bin sehr pingelig was Sauberkeit angeht, aber hier war es wirklich sauber. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Waschmaschine, die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und die Luftmatratze für den Pool. Der Host was wirklich super lieb, man hat gemerkt, dass er sich Zeit für die Gäste nimmt. Leonidas hat vor dem Haus auf uns gewartet, uns dann eine kleine Tour gegeben und uns alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation über Whatsapp hat sehr gut funktioniert, uns wurden sogar sehr viele Google Maps Links mit Stränden, Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der nähe geschickt, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant "Takis", welches nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

Man muss sagen, dass das Haus schon etwas weiter vom Strand, auf einem Berg ist. Man geht ca. 10 Minuten, dafür eben bergauf. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir auch viel mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Ein Auto ist finde ich sehr empfehlenswert, da das Haus auch ca. 1h vom Flughafen entfernt ist und man sich so einfach mehr anschauen kann (Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus). Ein kleiner Vorschlag wäre es vielleicht, den Abstellraum mit den Putzsachen nicht abzusperren, damit die Gäste z.B. auch mal aufkehren können. Nach einer Woche mit 6 Personen wäre das ganz angenehm gewesen.

Το μόνο μείον ήταν ότι δεν είχε καθαριότητα και δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για αυτό .

Really well maintained, well equipped, comfortable property with lots of outdoor space. In an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of plaka and close to the beach at Almyrida. The host was very friendly and informative

A beautiful, cozy and homely house with its own barbecue garden and a large terrace. The location is very good, shops, cafes and the beach are very close. The owner is very helpful and gave very good recommendations where to go.

Perfectly cosy, clean, quiet and spacious place. This is real value for money, and the personel is really friendly and helpful. Really nice area, and very lovely locals. The food was great in the restaurants we visited, and the local icecream is to die for! Thanks for having us. We really enjoyed.

The walk up to the house from the beach is a stretch in high season (with really warm weather), but we did it every day of the week with teenagers :)

Stunning, spacious, modern accommodation with a wonderful pool area close to the amenities in Plaka centre and the fantastic Takis Taverna, only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful almirida beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it great value for money.
