BGVery clean room, nice terrace. Coffee, water and biscuits in the room. Green and quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner.
The place is very far from the city center. There is a bus stop nearby, but the line is not reliable. Walking to the stop for the other buslines is difficult since there are no real sidewalks.
ROThe room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big. The terrace was beautiful, every morning getting awake in the sound of the birds song. The place is really beautiful for a short trip. The communication with the host was very facile.
You need a car to reach the place. We rented one and for us it was easy to visit other places, as Modena and Ferrara, 30'-40 km far away from Bologna.

UAWe had a wonderful time at these apartments! Everything was extremely comfortable: a beautiful location, clean and cozy rooms, and all the necessary amenities were provided. We especially want to highlight the hospitality of the hosts, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartments are perfect for those who want to feel at home while away. We will definitely come back again!
RSLocation is perfect. Everything that you sill need is already there. Host is very kind and helpful, gave me suggestions and helped with everything that I needed. Also provided cookies and coffee in the room along other stuff. Overall, one of the best bookings I’ve ever had. Perfecto!

PLBathroom was clean, looked like new and was very well equipped. The bed was really comfortable, overall the place is great.
Sadly, if you don’t have an scooter or a car it’s a little struggle to get to the place and back to the city, and google maps show incorrect location, its far better to put in number 38 instead of the correct 36-2. But it’s none of the owners fault. However I could not find the Air Conditioner unit that was supposed to be in the apartment.
