Non ho usufruito della struttura, una cantina con l'aria irrespirabile, dubito persino qualcosa del genere posso avere l'abitabilità. Contestata immediatamente, il privato che la gestisce si rifiuta di risarcire quanto pagato anticipatamente; avvierò azione legale.

Una cantina completamente insalubre, un monolocale praticamente senza finestre se non una piccolissima vicino alla porta situata sul piano strada di un palazzo storico; l'ospite è cosciente del problema in quanto cerca inutilmente di calmierare il problema con un grande macchinario al centro del monolocale (la zona notte è divisa da un armadio) che cerca inutilmente di purificare l'aria. The apartment is in the old town, very close to the San Michele basilica. It's an old building and the apartment is on ground floor. The location is very good to stroll the cities, get a bus or just get something to eat. The apartment is small, but it has everything one needs. The kitchen is clean, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal; the bathroom is very small but also well equipped with everything you need (toiletries, towels, hair dryer). The bedroom has a big closet and a queen sized bed, it was comfortable and clean. The AC is working and seems very well maintained. We also loved the selective trash and the option to recycle. Special thanks to the host who was clear and very fast in communication over Whatsapp and actually helped us to rent a moped at a very good price! We felt that they were very helpful and nice!! Would definitely recommend this apartment as high value for Cagliari!!

The apartment is old, so there is a musty smell inside and a lot of humidity; be advised, if you have respiratory problems or allergies, this is def not the spot for you! HOWEVER, the host had several dehumidifiers and scented puffs all over the place to make the experience better. We got used to the smell and for us wasn't that big of a deal. The entrance is a bit elevated into a small hall so be sure you're prepared if you have a lot of luggage or if you have any physical problems. The apartment is on the ground floor and the small hall/kitchen is directly connected to the street; if you want a quieter area, maybe this isn't for you. We had no problems, since the bed is tucked in the other part of the apartment and we couldn't hear anything from the outside. The time we spent in the open kitchen/living area, we didn't mind the noise outside. As a suggestion, maybe take away some of the decorations :)) the space is small and we were very afraid we're going to break something :)). As a side note, these are not really complaints. I would go back to this place as it's a great money vs location value for Cagliari.
