"Good clean room on the main street"

Location directly on the main street was very convenient for walking around. Clean spacious room with good air conditioning and mini fridge. Erica allowed us to check in at 2:30 and gave us great recommendations for activities and food. Good basic room for the price.

It was a little tricky to find because the name here on Booking is different from the name on the sign on the building, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Parking was confusing because Erica told us to park in P6, but that’s within the ZTL. If we didn’t know better than to drive in and just did as she said, we would’ve gone through the ZTL and gotten a fine. Being on the main street meant that at 7am the church bells started ringing right next door and the street sweepers were out, so there’s no real hope of a lie in.

Excelente localização, quarto muito grande, limpo, atendimento impecável, chuveiro maravilhoso com banheira.

Colchão novo, mas extremamente mole, pra quem tem dores na lombar fica difícil dormir, pois o corpo afunda completamente. Acabamos dormindo no sofá cama. O ar condicionado é fraco e fazia muito calor na época, mas resolvemos com um pequeno (e eficiente) ventilador que havia no quarto.

"Super friendly welcome from the staff - really friendly. Well located for a visit to Montepulciano."

Great location, super friendly staff, clean room

No views - windows were very high in ceiling. Shower door had come off runners and no plug point near kettle so you had to boil it on the bedside table.

Topp Lage mittendrin . Super nette Vermieter großartig geholfen bei allen Fragen und beim Parken (abenteuerlich!) Sauber! Waschmaschine in Room 4. (Ferienwohnung ist riesig mit kleiner DachgartenTerasse ) Wir kommen wieder !

Unbedingt vorher über die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz informieren (200m entfernt) sonst steht man in diesem sehr engen Tunnel und mitten in der Hauptgasse.... Ohropax falls man den Kirchturm(laut) nicht hören will erforderlich.
