The ppl running it would come in and make breakfast for their family at 6 an. Often they would use un rented rooms and make noise at all hours. When the typhoon hit they brought in at least 10 people who slept on mattresses pot on the floor. They began cooking family meals 3 times a day. The stove had no vent hood. Grease would enter my room because their was a 16 inch gap between the top of the wall and the roof in my room. The hot air from cooking would overwhelm. The air conditioner. There was spotty wifi for 2 weeks, and no internetnet for the last 4 days of my stay. I could go on… but i think you get the idea

Cost efficient and clean all over surrounding

Very good location near airport and island central mall. Also the direct street near is nice with shops and good ambience.

The room was some small but ok enough.

Staff are friendly

Place was priced like a hotel but is more of a room for rent.

It was very close to the international airport. I walked to the airport and took 15 minutes on foot. If someone prefers not to use a taxi, this is the best location.

The room was separated by a thin wall. I had to share the AC with the guest next door, which means I really could not control the temperature in order to accommodate other guests' needs. I did not want to argue with someone during a trip.

階段を上がったLの部屋でしたがエアコンの設定温度が17℃で隣の部屋と2つの換気扇を使ってエアコンを共有しているので隣人に暑いか？と聞いたら暑いと言ったので温度を上げられなかった。ダウンコートを着て寝ました。 トイレットペーパーはなかったです。
