The house was beautiful and more than adequately spacious for us. It was also very well stocked for our needs and the fireplace added a nice touch for the colder nights.

The help could've been a little more friendly/accomodating. Both on our arrival and check-out, she seemed a little cold and unwiling to assist us with our bags or check-in/out process. Additionally, the house was a little far out for most of the attractions we wanted to visit, this made rides costly and sometimes took a bit longer to get a ride.

The view at the location is absolutely wonderful and such a great walk through space to be able to open the house up in good weather and enjoy both inside and outdoors. The kitchen was well supplied in cutlery and crockery, and had sufficient pots and pans to make meals. Being able to braai was also great, as well as having an indoor fireplace for the colder days.

The cleanliness needed a little more attention; there was a bit of mold around the windows and there were a few remnants like candy wrappers from what we imagine were previous guests. We ran out of electricity late on the night which was unexpected but the host responded as soon as they were able. I would also encourage additional adaptor plugs as some of the power strips in SA don't

Absolutely loved this place. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Lovely modern style and the views were spectacular especially at sunset. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Was sad to leave. Will definitely go back.

We really loved this place so much and felt sad to leave. It's so beautifully designed and equipped with all amenities. We loved making coffee every morning and sitting by the pool. It's very spacious and clean. Ian and Lindy were more than helpful and generous with us and we highly recommend this stunning villa. It overlooks Hout Bay and sunsets were gorgeous- it's a little bit out of town which was actually perfect location for a relaxing vacation but super quick and cheap ride to all hot spots. When we come back to this incredible city we will certainly stay here!

I loved everything about the house. Absolutely beautiful.

The only thing I thought could be improved was adding shower doors to the showers because it gets really messy/wet during showers.
