Bij vertrek worden de elektrische meters berekend en hebben we plots een groot verbruik. Hier zit ook verbruik in voor de verwarming van het zwembad. Bij een prijs van €3800 voor een huisje verwacht je wel dat dit inclusief is. Ze vragen €1 per kwu, wat ook meer dan genoeg is. Hierdoor moeten we een toeslag van €170 voor 1 week elektriciteit betalen. Ligstoelen zijn stuk, hier vallen de plankjes gewoon uit. Douche is niet zo proper. Wanneer de kinderen in het zwembad spelen komt de buur klagen voor het lawaai. De afwerking van het zwembad is gewoon met een tegel waardoor kinderen zich hieraan bezeren.

I liked the location the most. Overall, the entire property was very nice. The pool was great.

There were a few things that needed fixing. When we arrived, the leg of a chair immediately fell off — it had just been glued back on by the property manager shortly before our arrival. Despite reporting this, no one came to fix it during our entire stay. What was particularly frustrating and disappointing was the extremely high surcharge for electricity usage. It was several times higher than the actual cost of energy for the property owner. For a week of normal electricity use, we had to pay an extra €190. Everything related to standard use of the property was included in this consumption. Even though we only turned on the air conditioning briefly during the nights, we were still charged €190 for the week — which I consider to be excessive.
