The place is lovely. The nature and the style of the hotel are really beautiful and calming. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner perfectly working. There is a swimming pool and a spa with really great massage. The location is 5 min by scooter from the beach, and basically, you can get any help with booking anything via hotel, which is comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The facilities were dirty, the room stunk, there was ants in the bed, cockroaches, bugs, the owner was fraudulent and promised a refund but has not paid after making every excuse possible. There is no sockets anywhere, to use the one near the desk you have to use a power extender. The bathroom had ants in the toilet, mold over the shower, and was incredibly hot. The location is terrible, the room was dark and extremely hot, so much so I got heatstroke and had to order a water delivery at midnight. The lights flicker terribly, and the air conditioner doesn't even work properly to cool down the room. My allergies went crazy in the room because it was so dusty and poorly cleaned. The pool is disgusting and looks nothing like the photos. The wifi almost never worked. I booked 7 nights, and only stayed one night it was so bad. I still haven't been refunded for the 6 nights I was promised to be refunded. My stay here was extremely uncomfortable. Moreover than the money, I am frustrated by the time wasting and discomfort I had to endure both during my stay and afterwards when trying to secure my refund. I was hung up on, told to f*** off, and manipulated. Everywhere else in Bali, since moving down south, has been pleasant and friendly. This was far from it, as someone who never leaves reviews and has stayed in dozens of different accomodations, this was easily the worst experience I've ever had. I am a young traveller who isn't super picky, but this is just unbearable, and worse, the owners are rude and deceiving. I highly advise you to reconsider your stay in Lovina and avoid this terrible accomodation and pathetic owners.

Beautiful, tranquil gardens with a great swimming pool. The bed was comfortable, clean and the area was very quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and it was great value for money.

There was no bedside lamp and the shower pressure was a bit weak.

- Extremely large number of ants in the room, especially in the bathroom - Centipedes and other insects were also regularly present inside the room. I know that in Bali, insects are common, especially in accommodations with tropical gardens and open surroundings. Normally this is something to expect and accept to a certain extent. However, the amount of insects in this room was far beyond what would be considered normal or acceptable - The insects kept returning despite attempts to resolve the issue - The wardrobe was broken - The blinds were also damaged/broken - Room was very outdated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned - Overall hygiene standards were far below what should be acceptable, even for budget accommodation - Toilet was broken during the stay - The bathroom becomes extremely hot and uncomfortable - The water pressure is very low - The bathtub is also unusable - What I found especially disappointing was the situation regarding the massage on my first day. I had booked an aromatherapy massage, which was actually good and one of the few positive experiences during my stay. Because I did not have cash with me at the time, they allowed me to pay later. However, when I decided to leave early because of my complaints about the room and hygiene, they suddenly asked me to pay a higher amount for the massage. They claimed I had received a different treatment than the one I originally booked. I explained multiple times that this was not true and that the masseuse had simply written the wrong treatment on the receipt by mistake and had even corrected it in front of me at that moment. Conveniently, nobody could suddenly find the corrected receipt anymore. I was still willing to honestly pay for the service I actually received, because I believe that is fair, but I absolutely refused to pay extra for a treatment I never had.

The lovely staff, and the size of the room I even got a free massage because I helped them take a video to advertise the spa!

It was a bit far from town, but if you want a hideaway- it is perfect
