La casa es muy bonita, el jardín interno está increíble, nos tocó una terraza súper agradable. La ubicación es buena, caminando llegas en unos 10 o 15 min al centro

El lugar es demasiado tranquilo en la noche, hay una petición para no hacer ruido en la casa a partir de las 9 pm, si te gusta el silencio y la calma está increíble, pero a nosotros se nos antojaba tomar algo en la terraza del cuarto, y tal vez escuchar algo de música aunque sea a bajo volumen, pero el sitio no se presta para eso y te sientes muy restringido

Een mooi terras met een prachtige tuin. Gelegen in Guadeloupe, een heel mooie kunstenaars wijk, zo een 1,5 km van het centrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

It would be nice if they offered eggs at breakfast since that is part of the price you are paying for the rooms.

Joli jardin avec une petite fontaine.

We liked everything about Casa Matia. The location, the room, the staff, and especially the terrace, where we could enjoy the sunshine and sunsets. The owner Alberto was very responsive, and kindly helped us with information from the bus station when we were leaving.

The breakfast could've been a bit better, but i realize that's relative. The coffee was very weak, and i prefer heartier bread, but this was balanced by the impeccable kitchen, which was shared with 3 other rooms (but rarely used). We used the stove to boil eggs and make light dinners and lunches, saving us a lot of money.
