Hermoso el lugar. Habitación muy cómoda. Con vista a un jardín interior espectacular.

Un poco el desayuno. Hubiera esperado algo más típico mexicano que cereales y yogurt. Sin embargo, estaba de buena calidad .

El alojamiento es muy bonito, está todo limpio y es sumamente cómodo. La habitación era sumamente espaciosa y la casa cuenta con un jardín precioso. Además, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y muy segura. Está relativamente cerca del centro, al que se puede ir caminando.

Aunque el propietario fue muy amable al recibirnos, la señora que prepara los desayunos fue poco amable y muy fría. Por alguna razón sentimos que tenía preferencia en su atención por los extranjeros europeos y/o estadounidenses con quienes sí era amable, y parecía hacer una distinción en el trato con ellos. En ningún momento nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, y casi parecía que le molestaba que bajaramos al comedor a desayunar. Había un chico pequeño extranjero, huésped también, que por timidez no quería comer con nosotros en el comedor común. Su mamá lo llevó al jardín a comer para que no se sintiera incómodo. Nosotros ofrecimos cambiarnos de silla o lo que hiciera falta para que ellos estuvieran bien. Y la mamá se mostró agradecida. Pero la cocinera por alguna razón estaba como molesta, cómo si le hubiésemos hecho algo al pequeño. Fue realmente incómodo e injusto. Además, nos sentíamos cohibidos de tomar cualquier comida, ya que ella estaba todo el tiempo retirando cosas de nuestra mesa, cómo si no quisiera que comiéramos. Una atención horrible.

This was our second time to stay at this property. The owner and staff were beyond accommodating, kind and pampered us. They actually brought our breakfast to our private patio and constantly checked with us for any needs. The courtyard outside our room is lovely and well tended with many plants and an avocado tree and loved watching the hummingbirds while we had breakfast. The location is convenient and walkable to Centro. And there was little street noise. We have recommended it to many friends.

I feel like at home, the garden is a place where you can relax and forget all the hazle of the dowtown. Walking distance to all!! The perfect size of a room, will stay there again

This place is great, so clean and comfortable with a good continental breakfast. The room size was great and includes a fan and TV. The host Alberto is so friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is walkable distance to the main attractions. If I ever travel back to San Miguel de Allende, I will not hesitate to book this place again.

Toilet did not flush well

The location in the Graudalope neighbourhood is very good, quiet, pretty area, safe, easy walk to Central. The interior garden is lovely, relaxing. We enjoyed 24/7 access to the kitchen, dining & living rooms. Staff & Owners are helpful and pleasant.

Room cleaning was planned for every 3rd day, but turned out to be sporadic and infrequent.. Hot water took a long time to reach our room, it is wasteful. Bathroom sink tap needs repair. Ceiling light in the dining room is inadequate to read or work at the table.
