The views the location the owner were all outstanding.

The villa was just outside of Sorrento, an easy drive down from the main road leading to Positano. The room was situated seperate to the main house and very privately, and had access to the balcony for making your own breakfast or you had an option to order for a few €. There were beautiful views of the Sorrento coast line, with Capri to the left. The sunsets were spectacular. Barbara, our host, was exceptional, very good at communicating and responsive, never intrusive, and with suggestions about what to do and she even booked a restaurant and arranged a free return ride up to the nearby village for the meal. Barbara also sent a video for key pick up and entry which was super helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. The air-conditioner was great, it had a small but adequate fridge. The property is set above the nearby beach with an option to drive down or walk. The walk down to the beach was steep but not very long and there were options to hire beach chairs and umbrellas on the rocky beach. I would advise beach shoes as entry to the water was a bit rocky.

The view is stunning, the room is nice, but it's literally a room with a bathroom. It's newly renovated.

It wasn't clear that we could or could not use the beautiful balcony, the room was humid, and you can't keep the aircon on as you need your key to keep it on. it's just a "holiday room", not even a "holiday house". So if you are not looking for a Hotel/services/facilities, it's a good option for a more chilled holiday solution. However, we found it a bit expensive for what it is...

This house is spectacular. We had an amazing stay. Room is beautifully decorated very clean lots of towels small fridge for drinks and food. Barbara was so gracious extending the use of the terrace hammock and lounge area. The property is well manicured and has a spectacular view of the ocean. Access to the beach is a short walk away. Housekeeping was provided as our stay was longer which we really appreciated. Barbara was so gracious when we accidentally lost the entry card for which we are thankful.

Everything was beyond our expection and this place was the definition of magical. The view is beyond breathtaking. The house is modern and have everything needed And finally let's talk about the most caring and kind hosts of this beautiful house that were beyond amazing with us and always available for any questions and requests We definitely can't wait to come back and from now on this house will always be our italian favorite getaway ❤️
