Beautiful Central Open plan living!

Very clean and comfortable apartment

Fantastic location, overall cozy and decent place.

It could use some retouching here and there.

The property was very close to the Christmas markets as well as a short walk away from nightclubs/pubs

Impossible to list any positives as the negatives outweighed everything else. Location is fine.

Nothing like the images. The smell of mould hits you in the hallway before the front door is open. The place is rotten. It was soooo bad we had to buy scented candies to make it bearable. You could see the mouldy walls had been crudely painted over… I hated being in the bedroom as it was so strong. The bed was terrible and falling to bits, held up underneath with some planking… Not clean. Very dated. Bathroom manky. Avoid. Extremely overpriced for what it is and a dodgy setup as it’s in a residential building.

Wonderful, quiet location near the city centre. Manchester Cathedral is only minutes away by foot. Key collection was very easy. Apartment was large with a nice bed and strong, hot shower. Oven works well and there is a microwave, kettle, and toaster. TV has multiple channels. Host is 10/10 for communication. A few issues with the washer cropped up and he went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

The stovetop isn’t compatible with the cookware, so whilst it gets hot, it doesn’t warm the pans enough for them to cook with. The room wasn’t very clean as I found large pieces of confetti on the floor, used contact lenses, and dirty dishware. Bathmat needs to be replaced as it is very stained and dirty.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Extremely close to the center and the owners are very helpful and friendly.
