Porto dead sea

Loved the place! Its brand new but the staff was working really well together. Friendly staff and super lovely with families. This part of the beach (dead sea) was absolutely stunning, the salt made the sea bed look like a marble. Mad and showers were also there. The pool was huge and childrens pool, playground and high chairs made life easy when staying here :)

The reception staff, especially Mr. Malak, was very kind and professional. I truly appreciated his hospitality, welcoming attitude, and kindness throughout our stay.

Lack of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas. The swimming pool appears to have no proper filtration system, and the water became visibly dirty after only one hour in the kids’ pool. The pool towels were very old, and the pool staff were not helpful. The kids’ play area was in very poor condition and completely disappointing. The restaurant service was very poor, and the food quality was below expectations. Note: The project/facility is still not fully completed.

The pool and the room view are breathtaking the staff are super respectful and Andrew from the restaurant was amazingly helpful 😁

The restaurant closes at 11 and there's no room service
