That it had a bed to sleep on.

Got there at 4:00 and the rooms were not clean, asked to come back in an hour. The room was still dirty and only had 3 towels for 6 people. Breakfast was a joke. A half loaf of bread and 10 egg pucks. My grandchildren were scared because the people there looked like they were selling something at the front of the hotel. The bathroom was so dirty they didn't want to take a shower in it. The carpet was so dirty we kept our shoes on. We will not stay there again.

Rooms felt dirty, very beat up and old, staff wasn’t helpful

When we checked in water was not working for up to 7 hours. Couldn’t even flush the toilet.

The location was convenient, The little refrigerator was handy and clean.

Floors were uneven, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was a hole in the wall where it looked like they were in the middle of a remodel We stayed three nights, and had to ask for towels. Was there supposed to be housekeeping? I assumed so but there was none. There was a coffeemaker with no carafe, There were sheets and towels laying on the floor in the hallways for multiple days. Carpet was dirty, The baseboards were pieces of carpet and were hanging loose. They charged us for an extra day even though we had changed the reservation weeks ahead of time, however they did promptly refund the extra day after I went to the front desk. The room was large enough for a sitting area but there were no chairs,

It was close to the zoo!

The bathroom didn't have a door. When we got there they had no running water for hours. We didn't get the room we thought we were booked for. Supposed to be 2 queen beds; it had 1 king sized bed, bunk beds with no mattresses, and a pull out couch but no bedding for it since they didn't have washers due to no running water. There was no remote for the TV in the room; they brought us a remote that didn't work.

Breakfast was joke, pool was freezing, had to get maintenance guy to sign into the Roku so we could watch tv, no hair dryer in room and employee couldn’t find one for me to use, it’s a non smoking property but people were smoking weed right outside our window room 161, man was sleeping in the grass near the side entrance one morning, carpet was so dirty in our room I was to wash my granddaughter’s feet before bed and then made her wear her shoes the rest of the time.

Comfortable beds. It serves breakfast but didn't stay for that so can't judge. When my husband asked for tea during off kitchen hours they accommodated him. Friendly staff.

The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, they were big ones with pumps that don't get changed in between people. That was weird I never have seen that before and I ended up being allergic to the soap. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, 1 tiny trash can by the front door. No laundry bags. There is a coffee pot in the rooms but no cups or coffee. Idk it was a bit weird. And the swimming pool is freezing cold.
