Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property, and complete ID verification / Background check within 48 hours of booking confirmation. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and facilities are open in Summer (June - September) from 10:00 to 21:00 and in Winter (Thanksgiving - April) from 12:00 to 21:00. The Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and facilities are closed during Fall and Spring.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
